If purchasing a class pack, choose that option FIRST. Buying a package will give you a ‘certificate code’ that you can apply to your bookings.

*Please be aware that 4 pack purchase expire 120 days from original purchase date!​ You will still need to register for the dates that you want! *

  3. After payment, you will get a confirmation email with the Zoom class link!

 FAQs

  • Yes! My flexibility classes are meant for all levels of students. We work the same skills, but I provide progressions for all levels, beginning, intermediate, or advanced.

  • We usually alternate back flexibility one week and leg flexibility the following week and modify the class for student requests.

  • You can pay for a drop-in every time or pay for a class pack.

  • Payments are available through Paypal and/or credit or debit card. If you have a different form of payment you want to use, reach out to me (info@bendyeducator.com) and I’ll see what we can do!

  • We will go through a short group warm-up but feel free to foam roll and do any prehab or conditioning you need before class.

  • It'd be helpful, but not necessary, to have these props for class: a chair/small stool, two yoga blocks, and a long looped resistance band.
